Directions
- 1Mix bran flakes (like All-Bran cereal), baking soda, and water in a bowl. Soak until the bran flakes are dissolved.
- 2When the bran is all mushy add the brownie mix, low fat if available. Mix together well.
- 3Spoon into 24 size muffin tins.
- 4Bake at 350° F (175° C) for 20-25 minutes.
- 5Note: can also be made into brownies or a loaf. Cooking time may be a bit longer.
