Directions
- 1Stir dry ingredients together. Set aside.
- 2Place cereal and milk into large mixing bowl. Let stand 2-3 minutes.
- 3Stir egg and applesauce into cereal mixture.
- 4Add flour mixture, stirring until moistened.
- 5Optional to fold in some raisins or a little pumpkin.
- 6Portion batter evenly into 12 greased muffin cups. Optional to add some chopped nuts on top.
- 7Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) , for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 8Serve warm.
