Directions

  1. 1Stir dry ingredients together. Set aside.
  2. 2Place cereal and milk into large mixing bowl. Let stand 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3Stir egg and applesauce into cereal mixture.
  4. 4Add flour mixture, stirring until moistened.
  5. 5Optional to fold in some raisins or a little pumpkin.
  6. 6Portion batter evenly into 12 greased muffin cups. Optional to add some chopped nuts on top.
  7. 7Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) , for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. 8Serve warm.
