  1. 1Place all ingredients except pork chops in a food processor and process to a chunky consistency. But make sure the pieces are not too big.
  2. 2Coat chops with the breading mixture.
  3. 3Place in pan and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes depending on the thickness of the chops.
