Almond Chai
A fairly traditional Kashmir chai blend but made with almond milk.

Directions
- 1Pour 2 cups of water into a pot and add all the spices.
- 2Bring to a boil. Let simmer until the mixture turns dark brown and 3/4 of the liquid is gone (about half an hour).
- 3Add the tea, stir and let steep for a few seconds.
- 4Add the honey and almond milk.
- 5Bring almost to a boil. Pour into a glass through a big tea strainer or sieve.
- 6Sprinkle with some cinnamon.
