  1. 1Chop all ingredients the same size (approximately 1/3 to 1/2" pieces).
  2. 2Add 1/2 bottle of Italian dressing, mix well and keep in a covered plastic container in refrigerator. Will keep several days.
  3. 3This works well with the fat free Italian dressings and you can lower the calorie content with lower calorie dressings.
  4. 4Note: this is absolutely wonderful with fresh homegrown tomatoes.
