  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 410 °F (210 °C).
  2. 2Prepare pie crust (pre-bake if necessary).
  3. 3Slice tomatoes thinly, as well as cheese. Wash and chop thyme.
  4. 4Place tomatoes, cheese, and thyme on crust, drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5Bake for 30 minutes. Cool slightly and serve.
