Directions
- 1Cut avocado in half, spoon out the inside into a bowl.
- 2Juice 1/2 a lemon over the avocado, add salt and jerk seasoning to taste. Mash together with a fork.
- 3Dice tomato and stir into guacamole.
- 4Makes about 1 cup.
