  1. 1Cut avocado in half, spoon out the inside into a bowl.
  2. 2Juice 1/2 a lemon over the avocado, add salt and jerk seasoning to taste. Mash together with a fork.
  3. 3Dice tomato and stir into guacamole.
  4. 4Makes about 1 cup.
