  1. 1Cut mozzarella (if not cut), and cut tomato. (Tip: whole milk products can be substituted with low-fat).
  2. 2Put the mozzarella slices on a plate and add tomato slices.
  3. 3Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar over mozzarella and tomatoes.
  4. 4Add basil leaves (they are for eating, not only decoration).
  5. 5Finished! You might want to enjoy 1-2 slices of French baguette or ciabatta with it (if you diet allows it).
