  1. 1Add the olive oil to the pot.
  2. 2Cut all Roma tomatoes and add to the pot.
  3. 3Turn the pot on medium heat.
  4. 4Pour in tomato puree after 5 minutes and smash the tomatoes into chunky bits.
  5. 5Add garlic, salt, and other spices.
  6. 6Once the pot begins to bubble, add in chopped cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, and chicken broth.
  7. 7Take off the heat once all tomatoes are soft (cherry tomatoes should still hold shape).
  8. 8Emulsify or blend the soup. Serve and enjoy.
