Directions

  1. 1Place all ingredients in a food processor except for the flax seed oil and pulse until the pesto is fine and evenly chopped.
  2. 2Turn the food processor on again and slowly add the flax seed oil until smooth. You may need more or less flax seed oil depending on the consistency.
  3. 3Store in a jar and add to vegetables and meats as desired. (Do not heat up because of the flax seed oil.)
  4. 4Note: works great with zucchini noodles. One serving is about 2 tablespoons.
