  1. 1Boil chicken and shred or place olive oil in a pan, dice the chicken and cook until no pink is left
  2. 2Add red pepper and garlic to the pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes than add all other ingredients (except the cheese).
  3. 3Cook through until all hot and place either in or on bread, pasta or salad.
