  1. 1Heat cooking oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven on medium-high.
  2. 2Add onions, mushrooms and green pepper.
  3. 3Cook, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until onion is softened.
  4. 4Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to blend flavors.
