  1. 1Whisk eggs and cream together.
  2. 2Chop green peppers, slice squash and zucchini. Take tails off shrimp.
  3. 3Put the shrimp and peppers into the egg mixture.
  4. 4Arrange squash and zucchini on bottom of buttered pie dish (glass works best), pour egg and pepper mixture over it.
  5. 5Bake for 40 minutes at 325 °F (160 °C) or until firm and slightly browned around the edges.
