Turkey Bacon and Vegetable Frittata

Directions
- 1Cook bacon, set aside. Grate zucchini.
- 2Sauté onions in oil, add shredded zucchini and spinach and cook until wilted. Pour into 8" pan.
- 3Mix eggs, egg whites, salt, pepper, and hot sauce and pour over vegetable mixture.
- 4Crumble bacon and sprinkle over entire pan.
- 5Cook for 40 minutes at 350 °F (175 °C).
