Beef and Turkey Pepperoni Casserole

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheeseNutrition
- 2 tbsps parmesan cheeseNutrition
- 1 can cream of chicken soupNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauceNutrition
- 3 1/2 oz turkey pepperoniNutrition
- 4 oz olives, slicedNutrition
- 1 medium onion, choppedNutrition
- 1 medium orange bell pepper, slicedNutrition
- 1/2 lb lean ground beefNutrition
- 10 oz sliced mushroomsNutrition
- 7 oz whole wheat egg noodlesNutrition
Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick spray. Cook the noodles as directed. Rinse and drain.
- 2Spray a large non-stick skillet with non-stick spray. Cook mushrooms, bell pepper, onion over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
- 3Add the beef and cook until browned.
- 4Add the spaghetti sauce, soup, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and the noodles. Spoon into the baking dish.
- 5Bake until hot, about 40 minutes. Top with the remaining cheddar and remaining ingredients. Bake 5 minutes longer.
