Beef Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp paprikaNutrition
- 1/2 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1/4 tsp saltNutrition
- 2 small carrots, dicedNutrition
- 1 cup chopped celeryNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 cup frozen peasNutrition
- 1 cup sliced green pepperNutrition
- 3 1/2 cups chopped or sliced tomatoesNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups waterNutrition
- 1 cup uncooked riceNutrition
- 1/2 lb lean ground beefNutrition
Directions
- 1In skillet, brown ground beef and drain off fat.
- 2Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Cover and cook over medium heat until boiling. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 35 minutes. Serve hot.
