- 1 cup chopped or sliced tomatoesNutrition

Directions
- 1Mix all ingredients together.
- 2Place in 1-pound loaf pan (preferably with drip rack) and bake covered at 350 °F (175 °C) for 50 minutes.
- 3Uncover pan and continue baking for 12 minutes.
