Spinach and Leek White Bean Soup with Ham

Directions
- 1Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- 2Add the leeks and garlic. Sauté until tender.
- 3Stir in the chicken broth, cannellini beans, turkey ham and cumin.
- 4Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- 5Stir in the couscous. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 6Stir in spinach and season with salt and pepper.
- 7Serve immediately.
