- 5 tbsp rice vinegarNutrition
- 5 ml lemon juice from concentrateNutrition
- 2 tbsp sweet cooking rice wine seasoningNutrition
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauceNutrition
- 1/4 cup soy sauceNutrition
- 1 thin slice onionNutrition
- 24 oz cole slaw mixNutrition
- 1 tsp sesame oilNutrition
- 2 large carrots, finely juliennedNutrition
- 2 tsps garlic (microplaned)Nutrition
- 2 tsps gingerNutrition
- 1 strip green pepperNutrition
- 1 strip red pepperNutrition
- 2 oz toasted sesame seedsNutrition
- 1 tsp sugarNutrition
Directions
- 1In a large bowl make the sauce. Whisk together sugar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine (mirin), sesame oil, lemon juice, rice vinegar and chili garlic sauce like Huy Fong brand.
- 2Next, add the vegetables. Add cole slaw mix, julienned carrots, sliced onion, and julienned peppers and toasted sesame seeds.
- 3Mix together, refrigerate and enjoy.
