  1. 1In a large bowl make the sauce. Whisk together sugar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine (mirin), sesame oil, lemon juice, rice vinegar and chili garlic sauce like Huy Fong brand.
  2. 2Next, add the vegetables. Add cole slaw mix, julienned carrots, sliced onion, and julienned peppers and toasted sesame seeds.
  3. 3Mix together, refrigerate and enjoy.
