  1. 1Rice cauliflower in food processor.
  2. 2Heat oil, add vegetables and seasonings.
  3. 3When a bit translucent, push to side and crack and scramble egg on clear side.
  4. 4Drag vegetables through.
  5. 5Season with soy or ginger dressing, curry powder, or other spices (adding salsa makes a quick Spanish rice).
