- 1Rice cauliflower in food processor.
- 2Heat oil, add vegetables and seasonings.
- 3When a bit translucent, push to side and crack and scramble egg on clear side.
- 4Drag vegetables through.
- 5Season with soy or ginger dressing, curry powder, or other spices (adding salsa makes a quick Spanish rice).
