Cauliflower and Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup milk evaporatedNutrition
- 1 dash pepper to tasteNutrition
- 1 dash salt to tasteNutrition
- 1 tbsp margarineNutrition
- 1 1/2 cubes chicken powder with 3 cups of waterNutrition
- 1 can asparagus cannedNutrition
- 1/4 head medium cauliflower roughly choppedNutrition
- 1 tbsp chopped chivesNutrition
- 1 clove garlic crushedNutrition
- 1 medium onion choppedNutrition
- 1 medium potato dicedNutrition
Directions
- 1Heat margarine in a pot. Cook onion and garlic until glassy. Add cauliflower and potato. Cook for 1 minute.
- 2Add asparagus, asparagus juice, stock and milk.
- 3Bring to the boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chives and serve.
