  1. 1Heat margarine in a pot. Cook onion and garlic until glassy. Add cauliflower and potato. Cook for 1 minute.
  2. 2Add asparagus, asparagus juice, stock and milk.
  3. 3Bring to the boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chives and serve.
