Ingredients
- 2 bay leavesNutrition
- 1 tsp adobo all purpose seasoningNutrition
- 1/3 cup mashed potato flakesNutrition
- 3/4 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1 1/4 tsps saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oilNutrition
- 2 cloves garlicNutrition
- 1 medium onionNutrition
- 2 medium sweet red peppersNutrition
- 1.1 lbs beef top roundNutrition
- 1/2 cup waterNutrition
- 8 oz mushroomsNutrition
Directions
- 1Season beef with adobo, salt and pepper.
- 2Heat oil in skillet, sear beef.
- 3Add onion quarters to crockpot. Add beef. Add chopped garlic, chunks of red pepper, mushroom halves and bay leaves.
- 4Mix potato flakes with water. Add to crockpot.
- 5Cook on low 8-10 hours.
