Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1 tsp or 1 packet mustardNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 3 tbsps light butterNutrition
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauceNutrition
- 1/2 lemon yields lemon juiceNutrition
- 1 tsp chopped fresh chivesNutrition
- 1 1/2 tbsps green onionsNutrition
- 1/2 tbsp parsleyNutrition
- 4 lbs rib eye steakNutrition
Directions
- 1Take the steaks and coat them with with salt and black pepper.
- 2In a skillet take the steaks and add 2 tbsp of the light butter and mix in the mustard and onions.
- 3Cook for ~4 minutes on each side and then remove and put aside, keeping warm.
- 4Add the lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and remaining butter to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
- 5Chop the parsley and chives and pour over the steaks.
