Crustless Steak Mushroom and Cheese Quiche

  1. 1In a large pan, sauté onions, steak strips, mushrooms and garlic in butter, until cooked.
  2. 2In a large bowl whisk eggs, then whisk the cream, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Add the steak and mushroom mixture and stir well.
  4. 4Mix in the shredded cheese.
  5. 5Pour the mixture into a greased 10" pie plate.
  6. 6Bake at 375 °F (180 °C) for 35-40 minutes or until set and slightly browned.
  7. 7Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
