- 1Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain grease.
- 2Mix ground beef in large bowl with 7 oz mozzarella cheese. This will act as the "crust". Mold ground beef mixture onto pizza pan or in bar pan.
- 3Add tomato sauce (or pizza sauce), the rest of the mozzarella cheese, and any additional toppings desired.
- 4Cook in oven at 425 °F (210 °C) for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- 5Let cool for a couple minutes, serve and enjoy!
