  1. 1Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain grease.
  2. 2Mix ground beef in large bowl with 7 oz mozzarella cheese. This will act as the "crust". Mold ground beef mixture onto pizza pan or in bar pan.
  3. 3Add tomato sauce (or pizza sauce), the rest of the mozzarella cheese, and any additional toppings desired.
  4. 4Cook in oven at 425 °F (210 °C) for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. 5Let cool for a couple minutes, serve and enjoy!
