  1. 1Slice tomatoes and mozzarella into 1/4" slices and arrange on a plate in a circular pattern. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Puree basil leaves, olive oil and vinegar and drizzle over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
  3. 3Fill the center of the circle with lettuce and greens.
