Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups traditional spaghetti sauceNutrition
- 1/4 tsp parsley flakesNutrition
- 1/4 tsp sea saltNutrition
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoningNutrition
- 1 lb ground turkey 85/15Nutrition
- 8 oz dry whole wheat spaghettiNutrition
- 1 oz Parmesan cheeseNutrition
- 1/4 tsp dried basil leavesNutrition
- 1/4 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 8 oz tomato sauceNutrition
Directions
- 1Boil noodles according to package directions.
- 2Brown ground turkey and drain.
- 3Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and spices to the cooked turkey. Simmer 8-10 minutes. Add Parmesan and stir until melted.
- 4Pour meat sauce over drained spaghetti noodles, stir to combine and serve.
