Directions
- 1Lay steak flat and place broccoli across center in a row on top of steak.
- 2Roll broccoli in the steak and secure with 2 pieces of string.
- 3Sear roll in frying pan until cooked.
- 4Place sauce in a sauce pan or crock pot (preferred) and simmer.
- 5Place cooked rolls in sauce and let simmer for a few hours, the longer the better.
- 6Enjoy, and make sure you watch out for the strings!
