Directions
- 1Pour two cups apple juice into a large bowl.
- 2Squeeze canned tomatoes until almost dry; add to bowl.
- 3Add wine (optional).
- 4Add tilapia.
- 5Salt and pepper to taste.
- 6Allow to marinate.
- 7Bake in oven on 375 °F (190 °C) or grill until fish is white and flaky.
