Ingredients
- 1 oz gouda cheeseNutrition
- 2 large eggsNutrition
- 1 tsp celery saltNutrition
- 1 tsp season saltNutrition
- 1/2 tsp thymeNutrition
- 8 oz fat free sour creamNutrition
- 1 tsp rosemaryNutrition
- 1 tsp olive oilNutrition
- 4 oz prosciuttoNutrition
- 1/2 large red onionNutrition
- 2 tbsps parsleyNutrition
- 1 bunch spinachNutrition
- 3 plum tomatoesNutrition
Directions
- 1Sauté spinach and onions in olive oil until wilted. Place in bottom of a casserole.
- 2Cube tomatoes, prosciutto, and add to the casserole in layers.
- 3Mix eggs, sour cream and spices to form a custard. Pour over the casserole and spread evenly. Use a spoon handle to help the custard penetrate the layers but avoid stirring.
- 4Grate cheese and sprinkle on top or spread slices evenly.
- 5Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted pulls out clean.
- 6Let cool before slicing.
