- 1Bring the broth to a boil.
- 2Add the bulgur, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
- 3Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stir in peas, carrots, and cabbage (both chopped fine).
- 4Cook an additional 3 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
- 5Fluff with a fork.
