  1. 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (230 °C). Prepare muffin tins with liners or non-stick spray.
  2. 2Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in a second bowl.
  3. 3Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  4. 4Spoon batter into 32 muffin tins and cook for 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
  5. 5Note: can be frozen.
