- 1Coat a large pot with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat add onion and garlic and sauté until tender.
- 2Add half of the beans, green chilis, broth, chicken, chili powder and salt.
- 3Mash the remaining beans and add to pot.
- 4Bring mixture to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- 5Top with a dollop of reduced fat yogurt (optional) and chili powder.
