Directions

  1. 1Coat a large pot with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat add onion and garlic and sauté until tender.
  2. 2Add half of the beans, green chilis, broth, chicken, chili powder and salt.
  3. 3Mash the remaining beans and add to pot.
  4. 4Bring mixture to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  5. 5Top with a dollop of reduced fat yogurt (optional) and chili powder.
