  1. 1Brown turkey sausage in non-stick pan. Shred potatoes and brown with onions and garlic.
  2. 2Mix egg whites, sausage and potatoes and dish into 6 non-stick muffin cups.
  3. 3Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 20 minutes.
  4. 4Save extra servings in fridge and microwave for 30 seconds on high.
