  1. 1Cook sausage with onion, garlic and green pepper in a skillet.
  2. 2Whisk eggs and cream in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3Lay sausage mixture in 9 x 13" greased pan. Lay shredded cheeses over top of sausage. Pour egg mixture over top of all.
  4. 4Put in a 375 °F (190 °C) oven for about 20 minutes until knife in center comes out clean.
  5. 5Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve warm or cold.
  6. 6Note: spices can be added for more flavor.
