Directions

  2. 2Divide into two portions, flatten, and bake in the oven at 428°F for 12-15 minutes.
  3. 3Mix tuna, sliced cucumber, shredded lettuce, yogurt, and mustard in a bowl.
  4. 4Spread the tuna mixture over the carrot tortilla then serve.
