Ingredients
- 1 cup natural apple sauceNutrition
- 3 large eggsNutrition
- 1 1/4 cups sugarNutrition
- 3 tsps ground cinnamonNutrition
- 1 tsp saltNutrition
- 3 tsps vanilla extractNutrition
- 1 cup grated carrotNutrition
- 1 cup chopped shredded zucchiniNutrition
- 1 tsp baking powderNutrition
- 1 tsp baking sodaNutrition
- 3 cups flourNutrition
Directions
- 1Grease and flour two 8x4"pans. Pre-heat oven to 325° F (165° C).
- 2Sift flour, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon together in a bowl.
- 3Beat eggs, apple sauce, vanilla and sugar together in a large bowl.
- 4Add sifted ingredients to the creamed mixture, and beat well.
- 5Stir in zucchini and carrot until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans.
- 6Bake for 40 to 60 minutes, or until tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 7Cool in pan on rack for 20 minutes. Remove bread from pan, and completely cool.
