  1. 1in skillet brown sausaage and drain well
  2. 2then add all ingredients except the parmesan cheese to your Crock-Pot
  3. 3Stir well, cover and cook on low for about 10 to 12 hours.... You may want to add more spices based on your personal prefrences...
  4. 4also if you like you can add 1 med green pepper to this (make sure to seed and chop the pepper before adding) - My hubby likes to add some pepperoni to this soup too..
  5. 5Makes 6 servings and is great with garlic toast...
