Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken brothNutrition
- 12 slices baconNutrition
- 1 medium bell pepperNutrition
- 1 medium onionNutrition
- 1 1/3 cup Mexican shredded cheeseNutrition
- 1 medium yellow squashNutrition
- 10 oz cream cheeseNutrition
- 1 cup heavy whipping creamNutrition
- 8 small celery stalksNutrition
- 1 small zucchini squashNutrition
- 8 cups waterNutrition
- 10 oz boneless skinless cooked chicken breastNutrition
Directions
- 1Place water onto boil. Add in any seasonings you desire.
- 2Chop up all vegetables and add to pot. Allow to come to boil then turn down to simmer.
- 3Fry bacon to crisp. Set aside to cool.
- 4Chop chicken into cubes. Fry chicken until crisp and set aside. Crunch bacon into pieces.
- 5Add chicken and bacon to pot. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- 6Add in chicken broth and cream. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- 7Serve in bowls and top with cream cheese and Mexican cheese.
