Chicken Artichoke Pasta

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp leaves oreganoNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 3 tsps olive oilNutrition
- 1/3 cup chicken brothNutrition
- 6 oz chicken breasts, cut into thin stripsNutrition
- 14 oz artichoke hearts, drainedNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli floretsNutrition
- 2 cloves garlic, mincedNutrition
- 1/2 cup pieces or slices mushroomsNutrition
- 2 oz wheat ziti pastaNutrition
- 2 tsp flourNutrition
- 1/2 cup cherry cherry tomatoesNutrition
Directions
- 1Cook pasta according to package directions.
- 2Meanwhile, in a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chicken in 2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium heat until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.
- 3In the same skillet, cook and stir broccoli in remaining olive oil for 2 minutes. Stir in mushrooms, tomatoes, and garlic; cook 2 minutes longer.
- 4Add artichokes, salt and oregano; heat through.
- 5Combine the flour with broth until smooth; stir into the pan.
- 6Bring to boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Add reserved chicken.
- 7Add pasta to chicken mixture and toss to coat.
