Directions

  1. 1Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. 2Meanwhile, in a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chicken in 2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium heat until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.
  3. 3In the same skillet, cook and stir broccoli in remaining olive oil for 2 minutes. Stir in mushrooms, tomatoes, and garlic; cook 2 minutes longer.
  4. 4Add artichokes, salt and oregano; heat through.
  5. 5Combine the flour with broth until smooth; stir into the pan.
  6. 6Bring to boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Add reserved chicken.
  7. 7Add pasta to chicken mixture and toss to coat.
