  2. 2Spray muffin pan with non stick spray or line with cupcake liners.
  3. 3Mix oatmeal, salt, baking powder, cinnamon.
  4. 4Add remaining ingredients until it resembles slightly runny oatmeal.
  5. 5Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  6. 6Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
