Sausage Pasta with Brussels Sprouts

Directions

  1. 1Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. 2Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet, add sausage and cook until browned. Set aside.
  3. 3In the same skillet, heat remaining oil and sauté brussels sprouts until tender. Season to taste.
  4. 4Mix pasta, sausage, and brussels sprouts.
  5. 5Transfer to a plate and garnish with parmesan cheese.
