Directions
- 1Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- 2Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet, add sausage and cook until browned. Set aside.
- 3In the same skillet, heat remaining oil and sauté brussels sprouts until tender. Season to taste.
- 4Mix pasta, sausage, and brussels sprouts.
- 5Transfer to a plate and garnish with parmesan cheese.
