  1. 1Wash and slice the vegetables. Make sure the dirt are removed.
  2. 2Put a pan with 1 tbsp oil over low heat. Add steak and cook until brown. Set aside.
  3. 3Pour the remaining oil into the pan, then add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
  4. 4Add sugar, sriracha, and vinegar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  5. 5Put the vegetables and stir to combine with sauce.
  6. 6Add the beef and mix.
  7. 7Serve with sesame seeds on top.
