Ingredients
- 2 tsps minced garlicNutrition
- 2 tbsps brown sugarNutrition
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegarNutrition
- 1 medium red bell pepperNutrition
- 4 tsps sriracha chili sauceNutrition
- 2 tbsps roasted sesame seedsNutrition
- 14 oz boneless, cooked, lean only steak (lean only eaten)Nutrition
- 1/4 cup avocado vegetable oilNutrition
- 2 cups green snap beansNutrition
- 4 cups shredded chinese cabbage (bok-choy, pak-choi)Nutrition
- 2 tsps gingerNutrition
Directions
- 1Wash and slice the vegetables. Make sure the dirt are removed.
- 2Put a pan with 1 tbsp oil over low heat. Add steak and cook until brown. Set aside.
- 3Pour the remaining oil into the pan, then add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
- 4Add sugar, sriracha, and vinegar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- 5Put the vegetables and stir to combine with sauce.
- 6Add the beef and mix.
- 7Serve with sesame seeds on top.
