- 1Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- 2Flatten chicken breast to 1/8".
- 3In food processor, combine artichoke hearts and goat cheese. Combine until creamy.
- 4Split between two breasts. Spoon onto each breast in the middle, folding breast over mixture.
- 5Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on size of breast.
