  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. 2Flatten chicken breast to 1/8".
  3. 3In food processor, combine artichoke hearts and goat cheese. Combine until creamy.
  4. 4Split between two breasts. Spoon onto each breast in the middle, folding breast over mixture.
  5. 5Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on size of breast.
