  1. 1Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. 2Dice the cheese (like Velveeta) and butter into chunks.
  3. 3Put the cheese chunks, butter, flaxseed meal and shredded cheddar into a food processor and pulse until the dough is well combined. (Cut the recipe in half if you only have a small food processor.)
  4. 4Coat a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. 5Drop spoonfuls of dough on to the cookie sheet. (These really spread out when baking, don't worry, you can cut them to desired size after baking.)
  6. 6Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crackers are just getting brown around the edges.
