Directions

  1. 1In a pot, heat oil and cook onions until glassy.
  2. 2Add lentils and mix well.
  3. 3Add tomatoes, tomato soup and stock and bring to the boil.
  4. 4Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until lentils have broken down.
  5. 5Add coconut milk and chili sauce.
  6. 6Reheat and season with salt and pepper.
