Directions
- 1In a non-stick saucepan heat oil over medium-high heat.
- 2Add garlic, shallots, cook 5 minutes or until softened and starting to brown.
- 3Cut tomatoes in large chunks and add to pan.
- 4Sprinkle tarragon over tomatoes.
- 5Sauté tomatoes for 5 minutes.
- 6Add 4 cups of water and bouillon cube.
- 7Simmer for 20 minutes.
- 8Put through blender.
