- 1In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, egg whites and the diet soda. Mix until smooth.
- 2Take a cupcake pan, and either use cup cake papers or cooking spray (like Pam) so the cupcakes don't stick to the pan.
- 3Fill each cupcake tin to about 3/4 full.
- 4Bake for about 15 minutes. Cup cakes are done when the middle of the cup cakes are poked with a knife and the knife comes out clean.
- 5Enjoy!
