  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. 2Combine dry ingredients.
  3. 3Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. 4Combine both wet and dry ingredients quickly, the rising starts once it gets wet.
  5. 5Fill 12 muffin cups or foil cups on a cookie sheet. If you use a regular muffin pan, use non-stick spray first to prevent sticking.
  6. 6Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 °F.
