  1. 1Brown and drain the ground beef; return to pan and add 1 jar, approximately 2 cups of salsa.
  2. 2Add to pan black beans and corn and let simmer for about ten minutes.
  3. 3Serve on a bed of lettuce topped with shredded cheese and ranch dressing.
